Placing an order? We can't wait to pack your goodies and strive to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of the order being placed.

As we pack each product carefully by hand, these estimates can vary, particularly during busy times of the year.

SHIPPING COSTS

Retail orders: For shipping within Australia, we charge a flat rate of $9.00 for orders up to $75.00, free for orders over $75.00.

Wholesale orders: Are charged by weight and size of the package.

EXPRESS POST

Although we do offer Express Post, please be aware that as we are located in a rural area, the usual 1-2 days shipping estimate does not apply. However, express post parcels may at times arrive a little quicker, especially if the recipient is located in or near a major city.

DELIVERY TIME ESTIMATES

Most orders are delivered 2-5 days after dispatch, however, post to WA, NT and other remote and regional areas may take longer.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Shipping for international orders is calculated at checkout.

SHIPPING ISSUES

1. Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted with your order. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect.

2. We use only reputable delivery companies, however, we do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party.

3. Missing or non-delivered parcels need to be reported to us within 30 days. Any orders returned to us due to incorrect delivery address or unclaimed through the post office will be refunded for the product component only. You need to contact us to arrange re-delivery within 30 days of dispatch, after which the refund will be processed automatically.
