Easy Brew Instructions

Traditional Chai - Serves 1:  

  • Add 250ml of your favourite milk into a milk pan or small saucepan.
  • Stir in 1 heaped tsp (or more to taste) of chai.
  • Simmer over low heat for 3-5 minutes. Strain & serve.

Quick Cuppa - Serves 1:

  • Add 1 heaped tsp (or more to taste) of chai to a teapot or tea infuser.
  • Pour in freshly boiled water & allow to brew for 3-5 minutes.
  • Strain & serve with milk if desired.
