In the unlikely event that you'd like to return your order, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damaged items and other issues

If your order has been damaged in the post, has arrived in an unsatisfactory condition or you've received the wrong item, please contact us at info@collombattinaturals.com.au so that we can evaluate and make it right.

If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returned items will be inspected and processed within 48 hours after receiving the item back after which we'll discuss your desired outcome with you. 

Change of mind returns

For change of mind returns, you will be offered a store credit, excluding any shipping costs.  To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in and it should be unused and in its original packaging.  You will also need to pay return shipping costs.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products such as special orders or personalised items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know within 48 hours if the refund was approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
