How much will delivery cost?

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to pack and post all orders within 1-2 business days using Australia post.

Shipping times will vary depending on your location, but we will provide you with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your order.

Australia Post Standard to major cities 3-6 business days*

Australia Post Standard to regional areas: 4-5 business days*

Express Post: 1-2 days to major cities*

We have a strong focus on sustainability and minimising our environmental impact.

We use recyclable and plastic-free packaging for all of our products, and all of our ingredients are sourced locally to reduce carbon emissions.

Are your products locally made?

Yes, our products are lovingly crafted by hand, and it all happens in our farm studio.

You'll find us nestled in Collombatti, a regional town situated on the Mid North Coast of NSW, Australia.

Where do you source your honey and beeswax?

Our beeswax and honey are sourced from our own small apiary nestled in the heart of regional NSW, on the picturesque Mid North Coast.

We also supplement from local beekeepers who share our dedication to sustainable beekeeping practices.

Is your tea Australian grown?

Our chai range features Australian grown tea from the Daintree Rainforest, grown in Far North Queensland.

We hand-blend all of our teas in our farm studio, ensuring the highest quality and freshness.

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes, we offer wholesale pricing for bulk orders.

  • Minimum order: $200.00
  • Wholesale discount: 30% off website prices (may change)
  • Exclusions: Gift cards and gift wrapping
  • No wholesale accounts created; orders must be paid prior to dispatch
  • Invoicing: Payment and shipping charges included
  • Production: Made-to-order, so allow for a few days before dispatch

    Damages

    • In the event that your goods are damaged in transit or arrives faulty, please contact us immediately.

    Returns

      Are your products suitable for vegans?

      While our honey and beeswax products are sourced from bees and may not align with vegan choices, we have a delightful assortment of vegan-friendly tea options for you to choose from.
