BREWING INSTRUCTIONS:

As you steep the chai to your desired intensity, the flavour will deepen, leaving you with a truly satisfying brew.

Traditional Chai - Serves 1

  1. In a milk pan or small saucepan, pour 250ml of your favourite milk.
  2. Add 1 heaped tsp (or more to taste) of chai into the milk.
  3. Simmer the mixture over low heat for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Strain the chai and serve it hot, sweetened with raw honey if desired.

Quick Cuppa - Serves 1

  1. Place 1 heaped tsp (or more to taste) of chai into a teapot or tea infuser.
  2. Pour freshly boiled water into the teapot or over the tea infuser.
  3. Allow the chai to brew for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Strain the chai and serve it hot, as it is or with milk if desired.

Ingredients: Australian grown single-origin black tea, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Cloves, Star Anise, Fennel, Coriander, Ginger & Peppercorns

We use a single blend of pesticide-free black tea from a plantation in tropical north Queensland, where it's been grown, harvested, and packed on the same property by the same family since 1978.

The whole spices that we use in our chai are purchased from local suppliers who source ingredients locally and internationally.

Love it

Was nervous about trying something new but I really love this chai mix. Best as a brewed chai but have taken the quick option (in water) and it is still very nice.

Masala Chai & Pink Ginger Tea

I bought French , Masala Chai & Pink Ginger tea from Sue and they are the best tea I have ever had. French tea has a very beautiful smell and flavour. I have a lot of Ginger tea but Pink Ginger tea is up another level and I love it! Masala Chai is also my flavourite and I love all the spices in it!

Absolutely beautiful, I have one daily. The taste is scrumptious, not fake like a lot of other ones I have had.
