How to use:

• Apply as often as needed.
• Smooth the lotion bar onto rough heels and elbows whenever they feel dry.
  
• To soothe heavily cracked heels, start by soaking your feet in warm water. Then, carefully use a wet pumice stone to gently remove tough, dead skin before applying a good amount of the lotion bar.
• For heels, put on a good amount before bed and wear comfy cotton socks. Your socks will soak up any extra and guard your sheets.
• Be careful as right after applying your feet might be slippery.

Lotion bars should be stored in a cool, dry place.  During summer they can be kept in an enclosed container and stored in the fridge.
