EASY BREW INSTRUCTIONS:
As you steep the chai to your desired intensity, the flavour will deepen, leaving you with a truly satisfying brew.
Traditional Chai - Serves 1:
- In a milk pan or small saucepan, pour 250ml of your favourite milk.
- Add 1 heaped tsp (or more to taste) of chai into the milk.
- Simmer the mixture over low heat for 3-5 minutes.
- Strain the chai and serve it hot.
Quick Cuppa - Serves 1:
- Place 1 heaped tsp (or more to taste) of chai into a teapot or tea infuser.
- Pour freshly boiled water into the teapot or over the tea infuser.
- Allow the chai to brew for 3-5 minutes.
- Strain the chai and serve it hot, as it is or with milk if desired.

Australian grown loose-leaf black tea, raw Australian honey, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, star anise, fennel seeds, coriander seeds, black peppercorns and chipped ginger.
We use a single blend of pesticide-free black tea from a plantation in tropical north Queensland, where it's been grown, harvested, and packed on the same property by the same family since 1978.
The whole spices that we use in our chai are purchased from local suppliers who source ingredients locally and internationally.
