As we pack each product carefully by hand, these estimates can vary, particularly during busy times of the year.

SHIPPING COSTS

For postage within Australia, we charge a flat rate of $9.00 for orders up to $75.00. For orders over $75.00, shipping is free.

EXPRESS POST

Although we do offer Express Post, please be aware that as we are located in a rural area, the usual 1-2 days shipping estimate does not apply. However, express post parcels may at times arrive a little quicker, especially if the recipient is located in or near a major city.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At this time, we do not accept international orders.

SHIPPING TERMS

1. We strive to process all orders within 1-2 working days. Sale periods or site-wide promotions may impact handling times.

2. Within Australia, your delivery should be received within 2-7 days, although in more remote areas and regional WA, it could take several days longer.

Please also consider that the constant Covid disruptions are wreaking havoc with shipping times therefore the above times are a guide only.

3. Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted with your order. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect.

4. We use only reputable delivery companies, however, we do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party.

5. Delivery within Australia is a flat rate of $9.00 or free for orders over $75.00.

6. Missing or non delivered parcels need to be reported to us within 30 days. Any orders returned to us due to incorrect delivery address or unclaimed through the post office will be refunded for the product component only. You need to contact us to arrange redelivery within 30 days of dispatch, after which the refund will be processed automatically.
