We know that every sewer wants to get the best out of their threads, so we're sure you'll love our natural beeswax thread wax.

We use our own pesticide-free beeswax, fresh from our small apiary.  Nothing else is added so it will never deteriorate and will last a lifetime.

Unlike commercially made thread waxes, our natural Beeswax Thread Wax is free from silicone and contains no petroleum-based paraffin waxes.

Available as both a removable block or fixed inside the tin.

  • Keeps  your thread smooth, reducing friction
  • Helps prevent tangles
  • Makes threading needles stress-free
  • Won't mark fabric or thread
  • Pesticide and Chemical-free
  • Made with natural, honey-scented Australian Beeswax

Works with most embroidery threads, even metallic threads!  Can also be used for beading and leather stitching.

    How To Use

    1. Lay the end of the thread over the top of the beeswax and hold it in place with your thumb.

    2. Pull the entire length of thread through, running it over the top of the beeswax.

    3. Then, placing the thread between your index finger and thumb, pull the thread through to spread a thin coating of beeswax evenly along the entire length.

    Thread conditioner

I noticed a big difference when using this product. Less thread tangles and knitting. FTER COUPLE OF WEEKS THE PRODUCT WENT VERY HARD, SOLID BLOCK. NOT GIVING ME THE SAME EFFECT SINCE

    Hi Rhonda,

Thank you so much for your 5 star review!

The good news is, beeswax is a completley natural and stable product so it will continue working as expected for many, many years.

With the non-removable thread conditioner, if you are finding it's not adding enough wax to your thread, I suggest creating a narrow groove in the top of the wax (use a tooth pick or similar) to run your thread through. This should help provide a more even coating to your threads.

    Hope this helps!

    Cheers - Sue

Only used it a few times but helped greatly

    Beeswax thread conditioner

Great service. Very happy I can thread my needles a lot better.

    Thread Conditioner

I recently purchased the Thread Conditioner and have been doing some patchwork with hand stitching and by running my thread over the conditioner I have far few knots in my thread and the threads seems to glide through my work. I also purchased and extra one to gift to a friend who I am sure will enjoy it as much as I do. Thanks

Beeswax Threat Conditioners & Honey Butter Balm

Very happy with my purchases. The Beeswax thread conditioner is great for my quilting, much easier to thread my needles and the wax coating definitely makes a difference when hand sewing (love the flower shape & the tin! And bought one also for my Daughter for her cross-stitching.) Re the Honey Butter Balm, its excellent for my hands and nails. I was going to purchase some nail cream, no need now as I use this moisturizing balm. Thank you for the great Australian made products, professional customer service and quick delivery of my goods. Highly recommend.
