BREWING INSTRUCTIONS:

Traditional Chai - Serves 1

In a milk pan or small saucepan, pour 250ml of your favourite milk.
Add 1 heaped tsp (or more to taste) of chai into the milk.
Gently simmer over low heat for 3-5 minutes, allowing the flavours to infuse.
Strain the chai and serve it steaming hot.

Tea or a Quick Chai - Serves 1

Place 1 heaped tsp (or more to taste) of tea/chai in a teapot or tea infuser.
Pour freshly boiled water into the teapot or infuser.
Allow the tea/chai to brew for 3-5 minutes, depending on your desired strength.
Strain the brewed tea/chai and serve it as is or with milk if desired.

Delicious

All the teas were delicious. Well balanced and I've thoroughly enjoyed them.

However I felt other than the rooibos and plain black tea, they tasted very similar (once they had a bit of honey). I didn't feel the flavours of the tumeric, chilli or cocao came through very strongly.

The smell, the brew, the flavour, all 5 star! Before I even opened the package the smell had me won. Couldn't wait to try and been very impressed with the two I've tried do far. Good strong flavours - not bitter or overpowering but just how tea should be. Delicious!
And the fully compostible packaging too is a double win!

I ordered a very late minute gift for my mum in SA. Was posted the next business day and received before bah humbug day. My mum (early 70's) stated that the gift wrapping was so lovely and the products I purchased she loved. The beeswax cotton threader in the shed of a flower made her cry because it's my favourite flower.
Will definitely purchase from Bec and her mum again.
